Mission Statement TranSecure was established by former security specialists from the Transportation SecurityAdministration, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the security consultant and information technology industries to bring clients in the transportation industry and government agencies an experienced, reliable, real-world perspective in these extraordinary times of the evolution of a new exemplar in the American security environment. TranSecure is committed to:
TranSecure is built on the concept that security in general, and aviation security in particular, is not just a matter of adding more locks and cameras; or trying to keep up with the rapidly changing mandates of the Transportation Security Administration. There has been an infinite array of both local and national regulatory policies, procedures and mandates, all of which seem to continue to be amended almost daily – that's where a security specialist like TranSecure comes in!
That's where TranSecure's broad experience excels – Art Kosatka's previous airport security experience includes a period as Director of Safety and Security for the Airports Council International, where he dealt with a full range of industry concerns following PanAm 103 and the first Gulf War, and was the industry spokesman during the rewrite of the FAA regulation, FAR 107. Later as a private consultant, he was Project Manager on a full range of security-related project at 32 airports, from a simple rewrite of airport security programs to the full security system design of a new airport, from the fence line to the access control system and communications center. TranSecure draws on Mr.
Kosatka's recent
Finally, based on TranSecure's in-depth knowledge of the aviation security environment, when ATSA mandated a comprehensive training curriculum in the new regulations for all Airport Security Coordinators, TranSecure was invited to provide that training, where we recently completed the program at 21 locations nationwide. That's why at TranSecure, we don't say “we know what's in the book” – we say “we wrote the book”. We look forward to discussing the teaming possibilities with your planning and design team, to bring your airport client the strongest possible expertise in this rapidly changing security environment |
